1. Eligibility

By making any User Content available on or through the Site, you grant to Voltnexto a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Site and Voltnexto’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that you will not use the Site to upload, post, transmit, display, perform or otherwise make available any content that:
- is obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate;
- infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any party;
- contains any private or personal information of a third party without such third party’s consent;
- contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information;
- impersonates any person or entity, including any employee or representative of Voltnexto.
Voltnexto reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Site at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Content or if Voltnexto is concerned that you may have breached these Terms), or for no reason at all.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Voltnexto, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
